This applies to my small biz prints. For services please refer to my agreement information.

SHIPPING POLICY

All standard orders are dispatched next day, Monday-Friday, except Bank Holidays. 

Postage costs for delivery in the UK 🇬🇧 

Choose from: These are Royal mail delivery aims and do not include dispatch times.
2nd Class (with a 3 day delivery aim)
2nd Class signed for (with a 3 day delivery aim).

They are shipped flat in hard backed envelopes or large letter boxes.

A5 & A4 prints are sent large letter
2nd Class: £1.05
2nd Class Signed for: £3.05

A3 are sent small parcel
2nd Class: £2.85
2nd Class Signed for: £3.95

I try my best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. However I am a one person business so please allow up to a week for your order to be printed/made, packaged and shipped.

Expected delivery times in the UK 📆 are roughly 2-3 working days.

Local to SE19?

If you’re local to South London and are happy to pick up your order from Upper Norwood, use the code LOCALPICKUP at check-out to take off the postage fees. *Please only use this option if you’re really willing to come and pick it up, you’ll probably receive your order sooner if you choose to have it posted.*

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you’ll be absolutely delighted with your purchase but we know that sometimes things don’t work out that way. Here’s an outline of our return and refund policy and what we’ll do to make things right.

Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
– Downloadable PDF templates

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
– Any product that has been opened

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at pip@webdesignandstuff-bypip.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pip@webdesignandstuff-bypip.com and send your item to Web Design & Stuff at 28 Orleans Road, London, SE19 3TA, United Kingdom.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pip@webdesignandstuff-bypip.com and send your item to Web Design & Stuff at 28 Orleans Road, London, SE19 3TA, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on your original order are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
